I've been mass clicking recently but I was wondering if it helps boost the maturity of your eggs or am I just wasting my time?

To my knowledge, mass clicking does not directly influence your eggs' maturity levels as only interactions with the eggs themselves increase maturity. However, interacting with other users generally leads to more clicks back in return from people who return clicks. If you click people who are online, generally your eggs will hatch faster due to this effect, so it can be worth your (eggs') time to click the parties of those who are online.
