As much as I love third gen (it is my favourite gen, after all), I'm hoping it isn't a remake of R/S/E. I think B/W just overdid everything (found it incredibly boring) and I don't want that happening to R/S/E.
 I am really curious about what it is, though!  Unfortunately first day back at school is tomorrow and I'll miss it, so I'll need to wait until I come back from school.

Saturo Iwata, the CEO of Nintendo, is anouncing whatever it is, so it is probably big. Maybe a Wii-U game like Colosseum?

I am hoping for a R/S/E remake, probably unlikely though, but atleast something important will be announced, do we know for sure it will be a game? it could be a update for the dream world/global link :/

i can't wait to see what the announcement is, when it comes to generation 6 I don't know if it could be that cause it does feel a bit too soon, but that could be the big news(which I would be happy and eager to see the new pokemon). If its a new game series announcement i would also be excited because it would be a new game
 . So I guess either or I'm excited and can't wait to see what the big news is about.

It looks great, but I'm going to miss the sprites and the top-down perspective.
It's great that they announced the starters and cover legendaries right now rather than drag it out for months. Considering how many old pokemon I saw (not a bad thing), I wonder how many new ones there will be. Normally, I would gripe about starters, but they grow on me eventually. May as well choose one now. The chipmunk looks awesome  .
