Probability of a GSC remake? |

You know how they made Fire Red and Leaf Green for the 3rd Generation?
I was just thinking; now that much of the features from GSC have been brought back into D/P, do you think that a GSC remake could come out in a year or two? I'm hoping Nintendo moves in the same pattern that they did last generation, since they seem to enjoy remakes nowadays, and something tells me that they wouldn't just skip to the next generation so fast. So in my opinion, a GSC remake is on it's way, along with maybe a new Wii title and an Arceus/Giratina based version (like Emerald, etc.) Anyone else think so too? Anyone want to flame wildly on why this won't happen? -------------------- My GTS+ League Badges (the colored ones):

Zero to none. There isn't a need, as it's possible to get every single Johto pokemon, so they really don't have any other reason to make one except squeeze some more money out of the franchise.

But G/S/C is one of the most popular in the franchise. Most people's internal batteries are dying now in their originals. A G/S/C remake will bring in the dough. But next on the list would either be the Giratina game or the remake of yellow.

I would love a GSC remake. Although I'm not sure if I'd play it as much as I hardly ever play Diamond for some reason. There's just wayyyyyy too much stuff in the new ones, makes my head explode and just makes me go "meh" with them. But if they remade GSC without throwing TOO much new stuff in them, I'd probably be all for them.
