There is a lot of things that can happen in the daycare! Sometime the best breeders you have suddenly stop liking each other, sometimes the other way around.
Have you ever had any funny daycare relationships? Does anyone have any tips for breeding? Not a very interesting example, but the only one I have. Ok, so yesterday I put two level ones into the daycare. and It said: These pokemon can hardly stand to look at each other, but now it says that the two Pokémon don't like each other very much. So do pokemon like each other more when they have been together for a while? Will they start to like each other even more? -------------------- |

Yes, I think.
But there won't be "The two Pokémon love playing with each other." for some pkmn that don't like each other at first, as far as I used to put them in daycare. Maybe it's only me... -------------------- |

I think the "The two Pokémon love playing with each other." message only appears for 'Mons of the same species...
And I'm pretty sure that whenever I put Pokes that don't like each other in the Daycare, they still make more eggs than when I put ones that DO tolerate each other's presence. -------------------- |

I put a charmander and a bulbasaur in a little while ago and it said that the mons wasnt interested the slightest. Then i came back to check the levels and then it was "the two pokemon can hardly stand to look at each other". The relationship probably improves over time.

The relationships do improve over time, but if you take one out (For evolution or some other reason) and put it back, it seems to reset how much they like each other. It also changes if one pokemon grows much much faster than the other.
I had a houndour and a bronzor in the daycare a long time ago. They went from being "The two are not interested in the slightest" to "The two can hardly stand to look at each other". They weren't supposed to breed since they didn't even share the same egg group, but they ended up having 3 eggs before I took them out. -------------------- |

I don't get it either. I got two Totodiles in the daycare and it says "The two Pokemon get along." been like that since the moment I put them in there. =/

Yes, that's true. The longer they are together the more they like eachother. My Arcanine and Absol right now vary. Now it's The two Pokémon seem somewhat friendly with each other, but When Arcanine is one lv higher they suddenly don't like eachother very much. And I've once did a Volbeat and a Illumse in the daycare, and they could hardly stand to even look at eachother. Same lv. Wierdos xD

The message about the two Pokemon loving to play with each other doesn't always appear only when the Pokemon are of the same species. My Slugma and Slime Slugma loved each other as soon as I put them in, and the same thing happened with my Easter Bunearies. But the message usually improves over a time, I had it happen with my Absol and Bidofo. They went from being friendly to getting along. For the love to play with each other message to appear, the Pokes need to be the same level, or only very slightly different.
And some Pokes just don't like each other, no matter the level or species or egg group. My Charizard and Dragonite could hardly stand to even look at each other just purely because. Or at least I think so, from my experience. -------------------- |

Natures have nothing to do with breeding. At least, they don't on this site.
And not only should Pokemon be the same species and at a similar level to get the 'The two Pokemon love playing with each other' message, but as far as I am aware of, that message can only appear when the two Pokemon are of 'Common' rarity. The highest message Rare Pokemon can get is: 'The two Pokemon get along.', while it's 'The two Pokémon like each other a lot.' for Uncommon ones. At least, I'm pretty sure that it's like that. These are the different stages: 0 - The two Pokémon are not interested in each other in the slightest. 1 - The two Pokémon can hardly stand to even look at each other. 2 - The two Pokémon don't like each other very much. 3 - The two Pokémon seem somewhat friendly with each other. 4 - The two Pokémon get along. 5 - The two Pokémon like each other a lot. 6 - The two Pokémon love playing with each other. -------------------- |

Mine seem to "not like each other very much," but they seem to be producing eggs...which doesn't make a whole lot of sense :P

Hey, as long as they're producing eggs, I'm happy. xD
I've only bred rare pokemon so the best I've gotten is 'they don't like each other very much' but the usually constantly produce two eggs on the hour or every other hour. I haven't done same species yet, either, though. Just haven't collected enough yet to have tons of multiple sexes of the same species. As long as they're not stuck at 'not interested'. -------------------- |

They /tend/ to get along better after a while of being in the daycare. true they do. i put two of my pokemon in there and at first it said that they could hardly stand each other. it lasted like that for a while but later on it said that they seem qutie friendly with one another. It's odd but eh what can you do about it. -------------------- |

Hmm ok yesterday I evolved a Dile and the friendship rating went up. Then today I evolve the other and it went back down. That's odd. O_o

i think it all depends on the egg groups <sorry for being a bit retarded>
but when they evolve, don't they sometimes gain a different egg group? i have a surskit and a squirtle breeding, but i only get 1 egg a day so it seems ¬_¬ but if i put in a squirtle and surskit, it gets, the 2 pokemon can hardly stand to look at each other, yet the surskit and psyduck get the friendly towards each other... really weird huh. -------------------- Don't forget to love yourself. I had put 2 croagunks (male and female) in the daycare and the whole time they were there, it said "They are not interested in each other in the slightest." It was really weird.
