Somehow, I see Sceptile and Charizard way up there. Pika(uber)chu may be good, but he's not really good. He'd be on it though. Snorlax, Donphan and Gliscor would probably end the list, Buizel/Floatzel maybe.

Considering that Ash is dumb and requires special training to teach his Pokemon how to dodge, I don't think it matters what you give him, but here's my idea anyway:
Pikachu Snivy/Serperior (I can't tell if he's going to evolve stuff in Unova) Infernape/Tepig/Emboar Buizel Staraptor Gible Eh. He wins from luck most of the time anyway. -------------------- "The Chosen One's Team" (If you see anyone using this team, please tell them it's my team):
