[Wishful Jirachi]

When death takes over the souls of the deceased, an idea or vision of a perfect after life or torturous debt is thought of, that Heavan and Hell, but that is not all that waits. For a select few, enrollment in the Godwings and Hellsings lies in the afterlife. The jobs of these two organizations are essential to the foundation and balance of life but what happens when the two of them are faced with their greatest challenge that is tearing the world apart?

World War I and World War II were not the last. Now, in 2235, World War III has erupted and the utter chaos has followed. Both organizations have begun a war with each other and it has become far worse than either of the World War’s previous. It all began when a dispute about who should have control over gateways into Heaven and Hell, volcanoes for Hell and sky towers for Heaven. These two entrances can be accessed by the living and the dead but only the organizations know the locations. Because of the living’s ability to use the entrances, some have also joined the battle along with the organizations. Now that the war has begun, natural disasters have been occurring and nations of the world are responding in the only way they know how. At this time not many of the leaders care about world peace and cooperation but more so being the better country.

Over the 200+ years the earth's water size has increased, covering portions of the land that used to be above water. This was also do in part to the fact that the Atlantic Ridge opened up and increased in size enough to rise out of the water, leaving a crack along that portion of the earth that holds molten lava within. Not only has the geography of the world changed but also the technology. Scientists were able to create plasma rods that when placed in weapons could be used as an energy source that would never run out. The highest constructions based on the plasma technology are only held by the leaders of the nations themselves but that has not stopped them from being used in this war. This technology is not open to the public but their are those view who have heard the rumors and have acquired the technology. Humans themselves still have the same forme as they have had in the past, without much evolution physically. Mentally, humans are now capable of sensing energy supplies around them. For some this means they simply can feel when something high-tech is being used but for others this means they can also locate and understand the high-tech completely, allowing rebels to arise. However this also means that they can find the gateways to Hell and Heaven on their own.

Godwings are the servants of God and being so represent pure good. All of them have a pair of white wings acquired after death as well as the ability to create life. They appear to look human and have a surrounding aura that seems to bring fortune. Their role is to keep the world at peace as best as possible. To aid in their struggle, there are five main elements that can be mastered; that of light, air, water, peace, and lightning.

Hellsings are the servants of the Underworld’s overlord. Most of them have a pair of black wings acquired after death as well as the ability to end life. While the Godwings look more human, the Hellsings appear devilish and have torturing voices. Their role is to counter act the Godwings by keeping the world at war. To aid in their struggle, there are five main elements of the harsher sort that can be mastered; that of dark, fire, chaos, earth, and lightning.

Air: Users of the air element have complete control of the airways of Earth. They can change the directions of the winds or weather through hand motions. Control over air also allows them to become one with the air around them, giving them the ability to travel quickly, almost teleport in a sense. Cyclones are the strongest elemental weapon.

Water: Users of the water element are agile and unpredictable. They can create any shape or forme as long as enough energy is supplied to sustain it but a source is required. The main advantage to mastering the water element however is that of healing. Users can use their water abilities to heal wounds they have acquired in battle. Whirlpools are the strongest elemental weapons.

Light: Users of the light element can see the good in all living things. They can project light through flashes of energy as well as cause a bright enough light to hide themselves, invisibility. Typically, light users are optimistic.

Peace: Users of the peace element are caring and can restore the natural balance. They are typically seen as the opposite of the Chaos users by having strong and determined views. These users are capable of causing anyone to understand and possibly accept them. Their powers are based around the mind, giving them physic abilities that can also be used during battle.

Chaos: Users of the chaos element are harsh and can corrupt the natural balance, eg: corrupt metal. They have grim views of the world and all situations but have a burning passion for pain and suffering. Their ability to corrupt anything they touch is done simply through their skin.

Fire: Users of the fire element are rash and unpredictable. They can create fire from the hatred in their own hearts and can sustain any shape or forme as long as energy is supplied to sustain it. Their greatest elemental ability is that of fire tornadoes.

Dark: Users of the dark element can see the evil in all living things. They can project shadows from the ones that already exist, even to the amount that they can disappear into the shadows. Typically, dark users are pessimistic. Small shadow demons are the minions of the dark users.

Earth: Users of the earth element are stronger than other element users. They can cause the earth to react in any way they please through the souls of their feet. Earthquakes are their greatest ability.

Lightning: Users of lightning are the most neutral but are the easily turned, making them highly desired targets. The energy is channeled through the user’s body and exits through the user’s finger tips. Being farther from the earth increases the strength of the bolts but also causes them to become more unstable or harder to control.

Appearance: Appearance
She has long bird shaped wings that are slightly longer then she is tall, 5’ 11’. Her eyes are bright blue while her hair is a white-ish silver color. Her hair is long and straight, reaching just above her ankles, while her bangs flare out a little on her forehead. Her skin is fare except for one rather large scar that is located on her right hand from an intense burn. This scar twists around her hand as a rope was wrapped around her hand and wrist and then set on fire.

Her cloths consist of a simple but elegant dress made of soft silk. It is done in the style of the Greek Gods as it wraps around her shoulders and ties at the waist. The dress itself reaches a length of just above her hair line. She also wears sandals, in the same fashion of the dress, as they are silver and have straps that hold it on her foot. These straps go to a little ways above her ankle, up her leg. Upon her neck is a simple necklace of silver with a small purple gem encrusted in it.

She does not have any particular weapons of choice as her powers are mental based, however her necklace is used as a sort of focal point. It has no real power to wither her powers function but is simply a tool that helps her focus. Her hands are the other main focal point for her energy as that is the release point. Her greatest problem when fighting the Hellsings is when a Chaos user is in battle because their powers pretty much cancel each other out.


Personality:
Uzziel is caring and can restore the natural balance of objects located on Earth. Her choices are final and she will fight as hard as possible to keep them that way. One of her greatest abilities is to be able to convince almost anyone that whatever she thinks is truly the correct and best choice.

Her closest friend is her sister. Being in different organizations and definitely with the war going on they are having trouble keeping communicated. The two of them are sometimes thought of as traitors for keeping in contact and never seeming to battle one another, which has caused them to have to fight, which she strongly apposes.

Sometimes she worries for her sister because she doesn't know what it's like to be a member of the Hellsings and honestly if she could she would join just to be with her sister, but because of the circumstances of their deaths they can never change sides.

Past:
She is the twin sister of Azrael. Herself and Azrael were born into an average family with a loving mother and loving father, but it was only a matter of time before that wonder was shattered. Their parents divorced and the two of them split up, separating the twins along with them. Azreal and Uzziel were fourteen at the time of their parents separation and they both despised it.

They were smart girls and were able to sneak out to meet each other, but the change was very hard for the pair, particularly Azreal because of her blindness. She had to learn a whole new surrounding which of course pissed her off when she wasn't able to function properly. It didn't help when others tried to help but when Uzziel tried, Azreal was willing to let her help as they had retained the bond they had formed when little.

However, unknowing to their parents and the pair, a killer was stalking their footsteps and he stuck one day. It was simple, capture the pair, take them to some location no one would fine, and kill them. Both girls were surprised when captured but even more so when they found out that their sibling was captured as well. This caused them both to feel the need to sacrifice themselves to save the other. But they were unable to save either of them.

Uzzriel's killing was done by burning. The killer coated ropes with oil and then made a trail in a particular design that for some reason meant something extra special, something the two of them didn't find out until they had died. The symbol that Uzzriel was placed within was that of God while the symbol that Azreal was placed within was that of the Devil, locking their fates.

Azreal was killing by hanging and the two girls simply stared at each other as the killer had them gagged and they were unable to help each other nor themselves. Tears streamed down their faces as they knew that they were going to die but they were unaware of the life that they would live after their death. The killer then set the ropes on fire, burning and suffocating Uzzriel while burning the single rope that held Azreal alive, killing her and burning her legs.

Appearance: Tall, slender, is black. He is not the athletic type even though he looks it. He is a computer geek who knows almost everything when it comes down to it. His hair is black as well. It comes down to his ears and often gets in his way when he moves. He wears sports clothing. Shorts and a t-shirt.
Personality: Peaceful. He tends to not fight if he can. He will talk all day if he could. He uses his ability only when needed. And he doesn't know anybody else that has a gift. However he can sense odd things. Evil presences come and go. Same with good ones. There have been cases of humans containing powers. He can also tell if something is alive or dead. He gets straight A's and is a wizz at everything except English. He plans to go to college to be a professor. He hides his power well. Nobody knows about it, not even his father. His mother is dead and he is a single child. He can blend in well with shadows.
Past: He was born into a rich family. With his mother and father living together and him being an angel child, going to school and doing as he was asked. Then one day he came home to find his mother dead. His father was looking at him and he was tied up. No one was around so he untied his father. People had broken into the house and stolen many things. After that day Jacob was taught in many martial arts and weapon training. He often keeps knives on himself. He mastered all of the martial arts he went to and is very skilled with the knife and sword which he usually keeps with him.

Lavender is 5' 11", very tall for a girl. She is also very fair-skinned. Her skin is very light and is a bit white. Lavender has light purple hair which falls down her back. She has bangs which fall just above her eyes, and on her right side of her face they are covering her eye a bit. Lavender has grayish-purple eyes as well. Her eyes sparkle when she is happy and when they are in the light.
Lavender also has a set of sparkling white wings, showing that she is a Godwing. She wears no make-up because she just doesn't need to.Lavender's outfit is a white dress. The dress isn't very long, it's cut above her knees. It has lace on all of the edges and is made of smooth silk. She does not wear shoes either.
Lavender always keeps her bow and arrow handy. She is an amazing archer and can shoot a grape of someone's head. She uses her bow and arrow for fun and for battle. The bow is made of fine wood and her arrows are very sharp. She has it with her at all times. She also has a shield, one that can close up and when you press a button it opens. It's her favorite shield and has her initials carved into it. She cleans it after she uses it so it is nice and shiny. She keeps it with her at all times also.
Personality: Lavender is optimistic, playful, generous, and caring. Always thinking on the bright side of things, many people like to have her with them in battle. She is also very fun to be with and has a big imagination. Since she grew up in a family with little money, Lavender is quite generous to poorer people. She will always donate to families and give food to those who need it. Being a caring person, Lavender is always there when people need help. She will comfort her friends and others and she will also care for hurt people. lavender also is very obedient. When people ask her to do an errand, she will be back in a flash with it done.
Lavender has a fear though. Her fear is of drunk people. Ever since her death she has been afraid of anyone drunk. She will not stay near anybody if they are drunk, in fact, she will stay as far as possible from them. She also dislikes war and blood. She is not afraid of war or blood, she just doesn't like either. She hates when people hurt each other. She believes that everyone should be friends. With one exception of course, the Hellsings. She is determined to defeat them one day. She will fight with them any day, just because she hates them so much. Lavender finds it gruesome that they want to keep the world at war. She thinks of them as disgusting people and wants to teach them a lesson.
Past: Lavender was born to a family with little money. She lived in a small house with 4 other siblings. She started raking leaves when she was nine to help make some money for the family, then when she was older she became a baby sitter. Her mom and dad greatly appreciated this, and they gave her some of her earnings to keep.
Lavender went to a private school and to religious school on Sundays. She had many friends at both and hung out with them a lot. With her savings, they would see movies and go shopping together. Sometimes they would babysit together too.
When Lavender was 18 her dad was taking her on a road trip to Florida from Pennsylvania. While they were on the road, a car came speeding through, going on the wrong lanes and swerving all over the place. The driver, who happened to be drunk, hit Lavender and her dad's car, causing it to flip over. He sped away, and Lavender and her father were crushed. Right when Lavender died, she saw a huge blast of light and an angel. The police didn't find the dead bodies until 3 days after the incident, the day they were supposed to return home. When Lavender "awoke", she was in heaven, dressed in her white dress with her bow and arrow, and her shield. Light was bursting all around her, and that is when she realized she had powers of light.

She has red hair that reaches to just below her shoulder bones while having fair skin and being 6'3'. She has simple little black wings that reach no farther then her arm length when spread out wide. She is completely blind however and wears a red cloth over her eyes. Because she is a Hellsing her cloths are of a darker color, consisting of black. Her dress reaches her ankles as her sisters does but is not in the style of the Greek Gods. Her dress ties at the waist with a red ribbon that is defined by two gold strips of color.

The dress trims at the top of her chest to frill out and create a one sleeve, which is short. Also around her neck is a red cloth that ties to the top of the dress in a noose fashion. She also wears a viking style hat with a small trail. Her only 'deformity' like her sister is that of burns upon her feet and legs from when they were killed.

She has no enhancements for her powers as they are done through touch and mind, being that Chaos is the opposite of Peace. Her greatest problem when in competition against the Godwings is when a Peace user is in battle because their two powers pretty much cancel each other out.

He is a wonderful athlete and his favorite sports include Basketball and Football. He is a fan of reading books that deal with the end of the world. (Apocalyptic). He is a computer guru and uses his knowledge of the world from where he is now to further understand everything. He has a photo graphic memory so he never needs to be told more than one what something is he knows. He is tall and muscular. With beige skin tone he is liked by many. He had pictures, newspaper articles, magazines, anything he could find on it brought to him. He wanted to control it. One day he put together an idea on who to do just that. He had a metal rod erected to the sky and wire strung to a 'cannon' aimed at an object, him. When there was a storm he would go to the position and await the shock of his life. Many weeks passed before it happened. It was a shock unlike any other. It was the lightning ball, several times stronger than just a bolt. Before he could feel anything, even the hair raise on his neck he was dead. When he awoke he knew everything. How to control it and generate it on his own. One problem, he was dead.

Now: When he was killed he was split with his evil half, the one that wanted everything for evil purposes. Eventually that side found the Hellsings. The other side, the good one was adopted by the Godwings. He is equal power to his other half. However they each have their own signatures moves. The more time they take to build up electricty the stronger they are in that form. Even a second more makes all the difference between these two. And as one makes a new technique who's to say the other one isn't?

Other Self: All of his emotions that were taken away from him wandered, gaining power through hatred, jealousy, and every other bad emotion. They gained enough power to form a Host. This Host is nothing more than a holder for the emotions.
