I cam't find the game setting everywhere.

 If you are then it's on your info card. (Located at the top left of the page) The 'Skins & Settings' link is at the bottom left, inside the info card. I'm not entirely sure how to fix your problem completely since you are unsure how to give a picture. You might want to bookmark the link or something in case you ever need to go back to it. I'm guessing koala's problem is what happens when you have over 1k prize points: the card stretches down because the number displays in a new line rather than the one it usually does, and hides the links under the buttons below. Going under that amount of points should make it back to normal.
