I just noticed that my Daycare pokémon couple (Crystal Onyxes) somehow was removed from my Daycare, and obviously abandoned by me, but I do not remember doing anything like it The last I remember seeing them was when I sent all the eggs they produced to the Sshelter, and then poof! Next time I wanted to move a pokemon from the Underground, I noticed I was offered the option to send it to the Daycare, which shouldn¨t be available at all, since I already had a breeding pair in there.
My Daycare Onyxes are obviously missing, showing not to be in my possession anymore I'm using Mozilla Firefox, updated to the latest version (as far as I know - AVG tends to yell at me to update prorams as soon as the upgrades are available) when on computer, Chrome when on my tablet. -------------------- |

This is a common user error on mobile — it's very easy to mix up the "send eggs to Shelter" and "release Daycare Pokemon" buttons. The staff generally say that since it's user error, they cannot refund your Pokemon.
My two cents in case staff sees this: I really think that given the incredibly common nature of this user error, it should be a very high priority to change this. I know y'all don't have any mobile developers on hand currently, but if/when you do in the future, this is a critical site design flaw. -------------------- |

Another case of a user releasing their own Pokémon by accident because the mobile site just has to have a release button on every page. Yes, this was the fault of the user, but it could also have been easily avoided by just... not having a button there.

Those poor onyxes - they probably think I don't love them anymore, while in truth I'm just clumsy then
Thanks for telling me about this - I really couldn't figure out what the eff went wrong O.o -------------------- |
