Floral Togepi shiny hunt option, possible bug? |

I cannot find an option in the drop-down list for a normal shiny hunt of a Floral Togepi. It's not under Togepi [Floral] either. Yet looking at the dex info, it says there are currently 32 users shiny hunting it. How?
I do have the space free for a new hunt. --------------------    |

Thank you both, it showed up for me after I got the breeding pair I'd collected from safari to give a novelty egg.
