No. As MoogleSam says there's always three games for each region;

For Kanto: Red, Blue and Yellow (in Japan there was indeed four, Red, Green, Blue and Yellow, but one could count Pokèmon Blue as the true "third version" and Yellow as a bonus, based on the anime, as its the only one of them that changes the starter) and later Fire Red and Leaf Green as remakes of the original Red and Green/Blue.

For Jotho: Gold, Silver and Crystal. (Later remakes of Gold and Silver, HeartGold and SoulSilver)

For Hoenn: Ruby, Sapphire and Emerald.

Sinnoh: Diamond, Pearl and Platinum.

I see no reason to make another, and they probably won't, unless they decide to remake Diamond and Pearl as they did with Generation I and II, but that won't be for many years yet. (I believe there were around 10 years between the older ones)

oh... Pokemon Jade! that is a nice game. Even if I didn't know it was Arceus, I would still want to buy it because of the awesome name!

I think they should call it Pokemon Distortion Version, and Arceus should mess up the world and stuff.

As a few others have said, there are already three installments based in the Sinnoh region, so to do a fourth would be overkill.

I hear a fifth generation will be released, so perhaps titles such as "Pokémon White" will arise then. However, I think they go with different themes each time, so it will most likely vary. They already did basic colors (Red, Blue, Yellow, Green), and a few mixes of precious minerals and metals (Gold, Silver, Crystal, Ruby, Sapphire, Emerald, Diamond, Pearl, Platinum), and even some elements (LeafGreen, FireRed). Also, notice how the remakes of both first and second generation games are compound words. HeartGold, SoulSilver... Interesting how they seem to follow a pattern. But you never know.

Only time will tell.
