I found a level 96 Combee in the shelter. It let me evolve HIM into a Vespiquen. o.o; I'm not sure if this is a bug or not, since it's female-only in the games, but yeah. X333 Sorry to bother y'all. I'm just curious.

no they made it so you can get male vepiquens on GPX on purpose so male combees aren't usless
