A question just popped into my head: How do you name/use your boxes?
Do you have ones for each evolution stage, gender, rarity, pokemon you have twice? I'm not sure how I'll organise mine yet, but it'll probably be too complicated. |

If you go to the PC option and click on the box name it gives you the ability to change it.
I'm currently using one to hold pokes I still need to evolve, and another for pokes that dont evolve. I'll make a third public for pokes I evolved, and maybe a fourth for pokes I can breed -------------------- I'm working on art via photoshop. I can also now do gifs as seen by my avatar!

I'm doing the same as I go in the games, organising them by habitat, with the background picture reprsenting that habitat. Having the Giratina wallpapers useful cause I now have somewhere to put ghost Pokemon. On the game I'm never quite sure where to put them.

I make 1 box for each type, more 2 for water,1 for starters, 1 for turtwigs and more for other pokemons.

In the game, I do it by level. In this, I'll do it by rarity, most likely.

I'm doing it by number with a separate box for Unown, another for more Unowns and Rotom (can we get different versions here?), and another one for Burmy and all of its evolutions and differences. Since I'm going for all 493, that's a lot of boxes.

I was going to organize my boxes in order of Pokemon types, but I found it too hard to find the Pokemon I wanted to train.. So right now they're in boxes based on evolution. Like the ones I need to train, Special Conditions to evolve (Items), No evolution and well.. An Unown box. I plan on collecting all 26 =3

My first box is a public unsorted box. It is there for when I feel lazy and wish to not box my mon appropriately.
The rest are numbered from one to fourhundredandsomething going up by thirties. With one left over for tasty Unown soup. Mmmmm. -------------------- Crikey!  |

Mine were sorted into Dex Order but it got to the point where I had to constantly check the Dex for the orders and I was hatching so many eggs I would be constantly rearranging my Pokémon. I'll end up putting certain Pokémon in a Favourites box, like my Rotom and party Pokémon, and leaving others in random boxes until I find something to do with them all.

I think once I hatch enough eggs, I'll be separating them by color.

Right now I don't have my boxes sorted in any particular order, but once the site comes back up I plan on sorting my boxes based on type (fire, water, electic, etc.).

A general thing that I do with mine is organize by type and a box for Pokémon I'm working with (which doesn't really apply to GPX+). I also had a box with all 28 Unowns in FR
 I plan to keep a box for Legendaries, too, assuming I ever get one

Just like how I organized them in Pearl, I organized my GPX+ PC boxes by type. Eventually I'll make a second Water-type box, and a second Normal-type box. Maybe I'll make a box for Legends or shinies, it depends on how many more I get.

Before it went down, I had a box for UE's, NFE's, and FE's. And a(n empty) box for legends/cool rares.
I might change it when it comes back online. |

In Diamond I organized my PC by types (and then I usually put the Pokemon each box in order by National Dex #), so I thought about doing it here, too, but so far that hasn't worked out. Right now I've simplified it to: Pokemon that need to be evolved and Pokemon that don't evolve. I'll definitely be changing that later...
