I lack any actual organization. I have two boxes so far, pokemon I like that I've hatched. Pokemon I don't so much like and have already hatched but don't have the heart to abandon them. Dx

Currently I have a box for Common, Uncommon, Rare and Shiney.

First I tried sorting them by egg group but then changed my mind. Now I have boxes: starters, rare, rare evolved (only 5 Eevee evolutions there so far), uncommon, uncommon to be evolved, uncommon evolved, and three groups of commons: those I'm not planning to evolve, those I'm evolving soon, and a separate box for Unowns.
Now sure it's very logical but it's easy for me this way

I just started my box organization. Since I'm working on completing my Pokedex as best as I can, I sorted them by evolution method.

Haven't named my boxes yet, but I'll probably name them according to Type, then my favourites go under another category.

I go by PokeBox A, PokeBox B, PokeBox C etc. based on the order they hatched (rough estimation though)

I have one box for every type. Fire, Ice, Flying and so on. That's a rather easy method for me.

When I started I had one for pokemon waiting for a certain item and then the others for after they evolve. Now I have one for my shinies, some for evolved, and one for waiting. I've seen some people organize by dex number. That seems well organized. I was thinking of that maybe later.
