Just take a look at what we know about our universe now.
It big. Now just think about: there are most definitely a lot more out there (as in stars, galaxies, etc.) that we haven't discovered yet. So seriously: why is Earth the only place in the whole universe that can support life? And on a side note: Even if there isn't any other planets/stars/whatev that has conditions like Earth out there, maybe these "aliens" that we're talking about live in other conditions. :/ Just because the Universe is BIG doesn't mean there is other life out there. Though I believe, there are aliens out there, it's still a 50/50 chance. And if we try to take pictures of the Dark Side of the Moon...then they will be blurred because we would have to use an incredibly powerful light to light up a section of it.
They don't communicate with us because they think we are fucking dumb asses who do nothing but kill eachother off for stupid purposes. Its like what the colonists thought of Native Americans when they got to America. And don't get me started on that damn, ''Christipher Columbus was the first one to land in America. There are traces of ancient African-American ships and ancient Viking Ships, dated LOOOONG before the colonists. Okay back on topic... Universe is vast. Surely there are other sapient species out there.
Any species capable of reaching earth will be technologically far ahead of us. Not by years but by thousands of years. If there are alien vessels orbiting Earth, we can be certain that they're peaceful: at that level of technology, they would've already enslaved or wiped us out if they wanted to. Accidental crashes are also completely implausible, they should have technology to easily avoid such. If they've noticed us, they simply haven't contacted us. Could be that Earth isn't interesting enough. Space-traveling civilization has likely seen countless other life-bearing planets, so there's nothing unique about this one. Just a bunch of squabbling monkeys. --------------------  |

By sheer probability it is very likely that aliens exist. However, keep in mind that Earth had to be formed at just the right distance from the sun and develop just the right environments to support life, and even then the fact that life managed to start on Earth and take off from there was pure luck. This means that the planets that do support life are few and far between. Basically, don`t expect visitors any time soon.
On the other hand, there are multiple cases of so called aliens and UFOs where the common theories (deformed child, escaped monkey, aircraft, weather balloon) have been ruled out, and it is still unknown exactly what these things are. Therefore, I'll go with All the Myriad Ways: they aren't from other planets, they're just visiting from another dimension. -------------------- Please sir, might you click them? Meh, i honestly do think that there is life out there and i do kinda believe that they are more advanced then us in some ways such as space travel because when the first saucer was "sighted" people called the guy a lunatic but then im over here thnking, "well every idea had to start some were" and i dont think some one could just make some thing like that up! i would go into detail further but for the sake of typing ill just leave it mat that ;D
