If you mean rotating, then yup! If not all of them, most of them, yes!
Even the Prize Shop rotates its items, but I recall one time I saw Plume Fossils in it for the two cycles, but I think all the other items were rotated, yup yup Now if you mean restock as in getting it to a certain number, then... well, the Main Shop and Prize Shop rotate their items, but those items don't have a limited stock (just a limit for the maximum amount you can have, and that's on specific items) If you are thinking about the Backroom, well, the Backroom doesn't get manually restocked, but rather it gets restock when a user sells their items. Not all items will appear in there, and the restocking is not inmediately though! Hope my answer helped, but you can always send me a PM if you have any other questions!
