Is... what, exactly?
How often, in the quest for The Shiny, are the countless siblings cast to the wayside, or stuffed into Storage? Countless, identical faces all packed together, forgotten, because they weren't fortunate enough to be born with sparkle? TOO OFTEN, says I. So many pokemon, many babies, with their own unique personalities, likes, and wants... cast away like Rare Candy wrappers. No more!

Who is this group for?
This group is for those willing to accept a challenge -- to dress up each and every newly hatched Shiny Sibling and explain their personalities. Post their pictures and mini-bios here for all to see! ... And make them fun. ;P

In other words, this group is for anyone actively breeding pokemon to find a shiny who is able to dress up their pokemon and is willing to give them personalities in their descriptions.

What's the point?
To enjoy our creativity and make the best out of the pokemon who we hatch in the hopes of finding a shiny. It seems like a waste (and a shame) to just abandon them once they're hatched!

May 3: New members added!
April 30, 2010: Grand opening! New members! Info tweaking (it's okay to abandon your siblings, but hopefully not until after you accomplish getting the Shiny one at least!)

R U L E S:
1. Each sibling must be given a unique nickname and be dressed up.
2. Write up a summary/bio for each pokemon! There's no limit here, but the more personality, the better. The Siblings' relationships and quirks are the heart of the club, and what makes it fun.
3. Be creative!
4. Post your sibling clan in this thread! You can post them all in one post (by going back and editing) or by posting them in groups.
5. Mention your shiny quest in your Journal on your GPX account! Only active quests are applicable; you can keep old Shiny Siblings up on here, though. If you complete your Shiny quest and take up another one, PM me and I'll update ya on here!
* If you simply do not have the room in your boxes to keep your siblings, then yes, you can abandon them (sounds harsh!) and still be in the Club. This isn't encouraged, though. :P

Shiny You're Questing: Many shines. Im doing a good few, but the thing is, they are tied with other things, savior project so that means they have to be abandoned...
Im also shiny hunting Winter Vulpix, so they are taking a while. I can do them, sadly they will have to be abandoned as well, but of course they will be adopted xD

1. Alpha / Male
   
   Alpha is the oldest of the spawn of Aphrodite and Ninetales, his mother and father. He is rough yet can be totally sweet and understanding. He is the leader by nature and always has to be the one to lead.
2. Psy / Female
   
   Psy is the second of the spawn of her two parents. She was so close to being the first to hatch but her brother hatched first so that made him automatically be the Alpha in the pack. She would've been the first alpha male female in the clan if she hatched just five minutes earlier.
3. Sneeze / Female
   
   Sneeze was named sneeze for one reason. She sneezes, a lot. She is allergic to snow and grass, kinda odd? Yes. As where the family lives there is a lot of snow. Thank god the allergy doesn't do anything fatal and all she does is sneeze. Last night she burnt down the house... Now they are homeless D;
