For the Secret Santa event, I deposited a Manaphy, in exchange I got a Torkoal. They are a completely different rarity, so I find this unfair.

In this year's exchange, I got a Shiny Charmander egg in exchange for a Shiny Manaphy. I know this is all about giving and not caring about what you get back, but there's no such circumstances here - my Shiny Manaphy got DELETED and replaced by a different Pokémon, which is clearly wrong. The exchange rules state that if you submit a Shiny Manaphy, in exchange you get another Shiny Manaphy or a Shiny Summonable. My Shiny Manaphy got deleted and completely replaced by this Shiny Phione during the exchange: http://gpxplus.net/info/pBMVq , which got me back a Shiny Rare egg instead of a Shiny Very Rare Summonable/Shiny Manaphy.
A couple more people are also having this exactly issue with their submitted Manaphies, which got deleted and replaced by Phiones. Can we at least get our Manaphies back? -------------------- |

My Manaphy got exchange for a bulbasaur which is exactly unfair because I read the rules from the top to the bottom and it didn't say anything about Very rare can be exchange with Rare, I hope someone else can do something about it or give everybody back there Manaphies.

Sorry for the inconvenience. You (and anyone affected by this) should now have a special voucher in your inventory you can use to claim an egg that you should have received in the exchange, yup yup.
