I hopefully will get the achievement for successfully summoning 25 pokemon today I will have 3 legendary eggs in party am I right thinking I can still use my egg voucher as only me can get an egg by using it or do I have to wait til one legendary hatches? I know you can use fossils to get eggs when you are at the limit but just want to be sure I wont lose egg voucher and be left with no egg.
Got my mind set on getting Articuno finally. --------------------   |

If you can't summon it, it will tell you so. But you won't lose the voucher, so no worries.

You can use an egg voucher whenever you like, so long as you have an empty spot in your party.
