i do recolors of any pokemon just ask.

Uh... No offence but, that recolour is kinda... tiny.
 Try recolouring the sprite on its normal scale. Then you'll get a bigger, brighter recoloured sprite.

Always make sure you have them as PNG. That way they won't look all pixelated when you upload them

Ah... Paint.
 If you want to get of the white background, use programs like Photoshop or Gimp. Those programmes also give you the option of saving your picture in a variety of formates.

Yes, but, Gimp is partially the same as Photoshop- The only difference being that the full version of Gimp is free.
