Flygon: I don't like Hyper Beam or Dragon Fang. Generally, items like Dragon Fang are worse than other options such as Expert Belt or Life Orb or Choice Scarf. Since your Flygon is your lead, I'd take Choice Scarf.

Flygon @ Choice Scarf
Levitate
Naughty
80 HP / 252 Atk / 176 Spe
-Outrage
-Earthquake
-Fire Blast / Draco Meteor / Stone Edge
-U-Turn

The idea is to do as much damage as possible, or use U-Turn if you suspect a disadvantage. This thing outspeeds most OU Pokemon, and that is really important if you want to gain the upper hand early in the game.

---

Lucario wants Timid or Modest. Probably Timid.

Lucario @ Life Orb
Inner Focus
Timid
4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
-Aura Sphere
-Shadow Ball
-Hidden Power Ice
-Extremespeed / Vacuum Wave

Fighting + Ghost hits every Pokemon in the game for at least neutral damage. Hidden Power Ice hits Salamence, other Flygon, Dragonite, Hippowdon, and Gliscor hard. All of which can potentially OHKO you. Extremespeed or Vacuum Wave helps pick off weaker foes.

---

Gardevoir is completely outclassed by Alakazam, Azelf, Latias, and Starmie in OU. Based on what you have right now, I'd choose either Azelf or Latias. Starmie can do good too, I guess. I think Latias would be best though, but it won't have STAB Psychic. If that's what you really wanted, Azelf or Alakazam are your choices.

Latias @ Leftovers
Levitate
Modest
4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
-Calm Mind
-Dragon Pulse
-Surf
-Recover

Bulky and powerful. This thing is quite hard to take down, and it deals a good amount of damage. Probably best saved for near the end of the game or when you're stuck trying to take some other bulky Pokemon out.

Azelf @ Life Orb
Levitate
Naive
40 Atk / 252 SpA / 216 Spe
-Psychic
-Fire Blast
-Grass Knot / HP Ice / HP Ground / HP Fighting
-Explosion

Nobody uses Azelf for attacking anymore, it's always Stealth Rocks. This thing is still powerful though, and pretty fast too. Attack until you're about to die, then explode on their faces.

---

Tyranitar or Weavile are better than Absol, but Absol is still useable I guess. Again, items that power up only one type are nearly useless. What if your opponent sends in something that resists Dark? Your other attacks aren't boosted at all.

I think a luck-based Absol would be neat. I've never tried it, but it could be fun.

Absol @ Scope Lens
Super Luck
Jolly
4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
-Swords Dance
-Sucker Punch
-Night Slash / Superpower
-Psycho Cut

Swords Dance boosts its already high attack, and Sucker Punch helps negate its low speed by attacking first. Night Slash is another STAB move, but Sucker Punch already works. Night Slash gets a very high crit rate though. Superpower helps even out its movepool and hits things Sucker Punch and Psycho Cut won't hit such as Skarmory, Weavile, Tyranitar, and other Steel or Dark types. Psycho Cut benefits from Super Luck and Scope Lens and its own crit boost. 18% of landing a crit is nothing to laugh at. Unless you're the one taking advantage of it.

---

Infernape needs a huge makeover. You have in your hands possibly the greatest OU mixed sweeper, and you're giving it moves like Fire Spin and Poison Jab? Come on.

Infernape @ Expert Belt
Blaze
Naive / Hasty
64 Atk / 252 SpA / 192 Spe
-Fire Blast
-Close Combat
-Grass Knot
-HP Ice

Standard MixApe. Fire Blast and Close Combat are your great 120 base power STAB moves, and Grass Knot takes care of Swampert and Hippowdon, two of Infernape's greatest threats. Also does ~40% to Suicune, Milotic, Blastoise, and Vaporeon. The bulky waters, they call them. These are the bane of Infernape's existence, because one ape simply cannot take on such wet threats. But you can catch them as they are weakened and pick them off because you are faster than them. Well done, ape. HP Ice is for the following: Salamence, Dragonite, Gliscor, and any Flying-type that you don't want Fire Blast to miss on.

---

Dewgong....I dunno. I always thought it was kinda weak. How about your own bulky water? Suicune, maybe? Your team looks like it would benefit from one who can actually attack, since most of your stuff are quick-moving offensive threats. Suicune fits the bill nicely. Also, Suicune.

Suicune @ Leftovers
Pressure
Modest
228 HP / 64 Def / 216 SpA
-Calm Mind
-Surf / Hydro Pump
-Ice Beam
-HP Electric / Substitute

Mixing offense with a defensive EV spread that also happens to be able to attack. It's not very fast, though. Anyways, Calm Mind and boost your special stats, attack when necessary. Substitute may be placed over HP Electric if you can't get it, or you want even more protection. If you Calm Mind against a Special Attacker, eventually their attacks won't be able to break your subs and you'll be able to set up at will and be able to 2HKO pretty much everything in OU that isn't a Water-type with Surf and Ice Beam. Or, HP Electric works for something to hit other Water-types with (since Surf and Ice Beam both are ineffective against Water).

Wow, thanks a lot for the help, I'll work on it right now!
Just one problem... How do I get Suicune? I don't have it registered nor really caught, and I'll probably have to wait for over a year to get Soul Silver.

I could trade you one. Just PM me the exact moveset you want. I only suggested one that might work, not one that really fits best with your team. You know your own team better than I do even though i changed like half of it
