The gyms on this site? They don't use Shoddy Battle.
Some facilities in the Battle Frontier do. I'm assuming that's what you're talking about when you say facilities. Not sure if you know about this, but Smogon is a great place for team building. There's a tool on there for building teams for Shoddy really fast. Look on the OU tier for some good Pokemon, and try to get some that partner well together/cover each others weaknesses. Also, go for attacks that various different types to make sure that you can get the advantage in most situations. -------------------- My GTS+ League Badges (the colored ones):
