This is the place to discuss the tanslation of the symbold that appear in the Abyssal Ruins.
1F Listen to King's words. Primes lead to truth. King is brave. King never loses hope. King is kind. King has a dream. King is adventurous. King accepts all. King turns 2nd corner. King turns 3rd corner. King turns 5th corner. King turns 7th corner. Have the heart of King. Here we praise King. King's light shines. King moves his people. King acts with love. King fought hatred. No king gets lost. (Gets to the pillar after 190 steps) Go on, brave king. (Gets to the pillar before 190 steps) 2F Life is gratitude. Eating is receiving life. Good or evil isn't all. Do not be barbaric. One must not waste. All is precious. Wars create tears. Shine if agreed. 3F King talks to all beings. Saved all from waves. King is hope for all. Think act with love. Act strong if agreed. 4F King defeated ③ alone. ④ joined King in a day. King called ⑤ beings. King is hope and future. The great King ⑥. ③ and ④ are reversed in the different versions. So share your thoughts! What does it mean? -------------------- |

It is apparently a poem....which makes me lead to believe that when Meloetta comes out in an event, she will be there.....

I get the impression of Keldeo more. I mean, its a water type and heres its pokedex description from white, "It crosses the world, running over the surfaces of oceans and rivers. It appears at scenic waterfronts."
I don't think there's another more scenic waterfront in the game... Meloetta is psychic. What would it be doing in a lake? |

It sounds like just stuff about N. Wasn't he part of some great prophecy or something? He had those fairy godmothers and that massive, pompous castle rise out of the ground. This wouldn't be out of place when it comes to stuff celebrating him.
I think it's just filler. What did any of the Unown translations ever do? (It would be nice if this actually did/meant something important, though.) Spoiler (click to show )

Yeah. I just wish that some of these translation puzzles would reveal more of the lore of the world, like the library in Canalave City, or, like the Braille in Gen 3, actually activate some of the legends/help players access them. I don't really think it was necessary to give N even more tounge-bath. It was weird enough in the story.
I'm getting the sense that all the rest of the legends in this game will be events. -------------------- |
