I am using chrome and geolocation is turned on on my laptop. I haven't moved an inch, but it seems like I get around 25-30 levels an hour just by using my mobile walker. It might have something to do with my mobile hotspot, which I use because my home internet is unreliable, though I haven't checked. I'll check in the next hour on my home internet.
Also, i'm fine with you changing my pokemon. I put my bisharp, doublade, and cryogonal in there. |

That's because location via IP address is really imprecise, so your computer can be tens or hundreds of miles from your phone just because your phone's location is much more accurate. It's not something that can be fixed, or really abused, so the admins don't mind. (Of course, if you purposely spoofed your IP, that would be cheating.)
