Whever I go to check for new Achievements the daily click is forever set at 1500/1500 is there a reason for this or is there something else wrong?

That's where the problem is I check for new ones and it says there aren't any unlocked
 Now I just looked at my set of them and it says Base Set - 56 total, 14 unlocked, 42 locked, 1 eligible but when I go to unlock it just says error nothing new unlocked there a reason for this? |
