groudon because it can learn solarbeam and with it's special ability you don't have to wait a turn before it attacks. i find it helpful against wallace's waters.

Probably Regice, although to be honest I never really liked any of the Gen 3 legendaries, (or most other Gen 3 Pokemon for that matter)

Statistically,
It's easily Kyogre. It's stats, and it's amazing move set to go with it just simply make it better than most. It can 2HKO a Blissey, and can 1HKO almost anything else. That does make me sad, however... I'm such a huge fan of Groudon, it's insane... The only 3rd Gen that comes close to Kyogre is Deoxys, as it CAN take out Kyogre in certain situations. An attack form Deoxys can take out Kyogre if the Kyogre isn't built for HP and attack. --------------------  |

Rayquaza and Jirachi are tied for me. Rayquaza is a pretty good Dragon type and Legendary, while Jirachi is cool, at least to me.

Although I appreciate Rayquaza for his awesome, (and he was my first Level 100) the pure joy I felt after catching Latios can't be bested. Find, Mean Look, Ultra Balls. Over and over, but the reward was awesome. Dragon/Psychic? Unbeatable.
