Feel free to describe the beach area. We can train or battle if you wish to challenge me (good luck with that). That, or Pan and Andrew could find food, food that gets stolen by the aforementioned thief pokemon, bringing us to the more action-packed section of the RP.

Ok, I'll try to describe it... I'll probably fail miserably at it. xD

A battle seems a good option to get severely owned. We should flip a coin to see who wins, maybe you should toss the coin since you're the mod. If you don't want to battle, we still have the battle against those trouble makers later in the story, right?

Shouldn't we get another member? The RP is getting pretty lonely with only two people actually Roleplaying...

Oh right, I just want to warn you that I changed my capture request from an Eevee to an Absol, so if you see a random Absol in there that's it. xD

The thing is, there's quite a bit of a level difference. Pan's highest level pokemon is a level 16 bulbasaur. If I recall correctly, Andrew's highest is a level 6 spheal. If they were to battle, it would have to be 1 vs. 1, and I would choose my weakest (lvl. 10-11 pachirisu). Then it would be fair. And yes, we will have that battle with the ruffians .

I thought about getting another member, but I'd also like to wrap this RP up. I still have a Pokecon to organize after all. I'll think about putting up a request.

Yeah, the level difference is pretty high... Turnip would win for sure but Icicle would be sure to kick some Snow Powders in. Well... Got any other ideas that don't involve me getting swept by a Bulbasaur/Pachirisu/Baltoy? Or is it time for some thieving?

Well, I did mention the 1-on-1 match. Pachirisu doesn't know any electric attacks yet, so it should be a more even match.

Scratch that. Let's go straight to the thieving. We'll wait on battling when your pokemon have more levels (or we get some more people in another RP).

OK, before I make a post, I'm posting it here to ask a few questions.

1. Do you want to translate Pokespeak? For the most part, I felt fine with the growls and "name speak", though that was usually between pokemon and humans. Since my post contains conversations between pokemon, this might be a good time to ask. I didn't do it in the post below.

2. I want a scooter chase . Pan and Andrew will chase the pokemon by scooter all the way to the warehouses on the other side of the boardwalk. To make the next posts more efficient, I propose some light bunnying (example: you could post Pan getting on the scooter, maybe some speech if needed). We can discuss this later. Of course, this all assumes Andrew's arm is OK and not broken/severed/obliterated across the street.

With that, here's my post:

Pan rushed over to Andrew’s side after the cart had ended its rampage, kneeling down to his level. “Are you alright?!” she asked, looking over his left arm for any obvious damage. From her perspective, the crash looked quite violent; he would be very lucky if his arm wasn’t broken. Since he wasn't screaming in agony, she assumed he was OK. She offered a hand to help Andrew back up. Pan looked around; it appeared that the thieves had disappeared in the maze of buildings and people. And yet, Turnip continued right past the humans towards an alleyway. For all he knew, those greedy pokemon were scarfing down his muffin (OK, his companions’ muffin) at that very moment. He ran as fast as his stubby little legs could carry him. The muffin must be saved…

The growlithe entered the alleyway, the jingle from his metal collar tag echoed off the brick walls. Shortly after, the meowth joined her companions, backpack in tow. She took off the pack and opened the top flap, revealing dozens of cooked hot dogs. The aroma of cooked meat permeated the air within the alley; the growlithe took a moment to enjoy the savory smell of victory. The moment passed quickly; they still needed to get home. The growlithe approached the absol to discuss their escape strategy.

The series of growls and grunts that followed signaled that the absol would take the lead: his speed and larger size would surely part any crowds that were in the way. The meowth would follow to support the absol, while the growlithe would take the stash. He could handle the weight far better than the meowth, and could battle just as well. As the meowth helped her superior don the backpack, the footsteps from a certain bulbasaur signaled that they needed to depart now. The growlithe quickly darted to the end of the alleyway and fired off a large ember. The fireball flew out of the alley, surprising Turnip. “Saur!” he cried, tumbling over to avoid the fire attack.

“Growlithe!” the dog pokemon growled, signaling his companions to begin the escape plan. They would need to reach the other side of the boardwalk without getting captured or losing the stash.

“Turnip!” Pan gasped as the bulbasar took a tumble. His quick recovery back on his feet relieved Pan of any worry the fire attack caused. Their troubles weren’t over just yet: the thieves were getting away; judging by the distance they covered, there would be no way in catching up to them on foot. Pan started looking at their surroundings: without a pokemon to ride on, they were going to need another form of transportation. Her eyes quickly darted upon a sign:

Tired of walking all over Barley? Travel in style with a Pay ‘n Go Scooter! Just swipe your card at the terminal to open the key box, grab the key, and you’re off!

Under the sign, a red scooter (the kind shaped like a motorcycle) stood, waiting for the next customer to catch a ride. Though its color had dulled after months of use, it still looked functional and the black leather seat looked like it could fit two people.

“Hey Demon,” Pan replied, holding her debit card with a mischievous smile. “I call shotgun.” Her eyes were still fixed on the scooter, though they didn’t seem to see anything on the price…

I always pondered about this and I saw it in another RP. Seems interesting and it can reveal a lot more about the Pokemon's personality than a simple 'Saur'. So yeah, I'll go with this too. (Just in case you make the Absol talk, he has a serious and cold attitude. Just saying this because when people know other's personality's it's easier to think on what to write)

Hah! It's time for some chasing around in vehicles! It's a great idea if you ask me since I believe that some Pokemon are faster in 'real life'. I still wonder why Absol has such horrible speed in the games...
