It is nightime. Everyone is asleep. BUT! Dastardly deeds are afoot!

With the daybreak, you all awake, ready for another fantastic day in paradise. After showering, breakfasting, and finishing your daily morning routines, you step out the door, ready for work. However, you all step on something disturbing...a dismembered body part. Whether it be a foot, a hand, an arm, or something else, there's one for each of you, lying on your doorstep where some sick, twisted individual saw fit to place it.
With your job the last thing on your mind, you follow a trail of...something disturbingly blood colored to the town gathering place, right next to the pond. The site that meets you there is a disturbing one. DCLXVI, or rather, what's left of him, has been hung from the tree by the neck. Only his head and his torso have been left intact. After cutting him down, a quick autopsy is done. It is discovered the he was eithe rkilled by the dismemberment, or a bullet wound in his back. While most are preoccupied with the gruesomness of the corpse, some weaker stomachs cannot handle it, and look away. Nobody is sure who first saw the second body in the lake, but somebody certainly did. Sushikitty is found bound and gagged, with cement tied around their feet. With some quick digging around, you find no special markings on DCLXVI's person, signifying he is nothing more than a simple Commoner. A search of Sushikitty, however, reveals a stethoscope. All are shocked to find that the Town Doctor is dead. Modspeaking: You may now discuss, and choose who is lynched today. -------------------- Because the only thing better than getting a hot, juicy burger is making one.

Woah woah woah, wait a second? Someone drowned the doctor?
 I hope everyone is careful not to get sick for awhile.. though that may be the least of our worries.It seems we have 3 killers here. I mean, why would one person/group both shoot and cut up someone? Maybe DCLXVI was shot and wounded and tried seeking help when another foul individual saw an opportunity they couldn't pass up - to cut up this poor injured person and relieve some type of sick fantasy. Side-notes about the game so far: If you ask me, the Vigilante (a killer on the town's side) shot DCLXVI while the Serial Killer (crazy person out to kill everyone while pretending to be on the town's side) cut him up. Then I would guess that the Mafia (enemy side) drowned the doctor since Mafias are known for cementing people's feet and throwing them into the water. With already 2 people down and both of them being on the good side and one of them being the doctor even, odds aren't looking too good for us so far.

Hmm. that's some good work Zerx.
I can agree that the doctor going down like that means that the Mafia had to be the one's who did it. but our other victim being shot and cut up is odd. your explanation fits, but who would do this? -------------------- [spoiler=My Badges]

Whoever killed DCXL was smart,, DCXL is a newer member with few ties, I'm not sure anyone here has a grudge against him, meaning whoever killed him had no motive but to kill

smart?, really? I would think that are smart killer would leave him in since he has so few connections and therefore couldn't team up against/with someone.

Is anyone else going to bother posting or what? I'd hate to start accusing people of being a killer and having them lynched just because they avoid posting. We don't even have enough people posting currently to even initiate a lynch.. We'd need the majority of the alive people to all vote the same person (or to vote no lynch) in order for the day to end. :/

Hmm... I think that Zerxer's theory is probable. Maybe two people of the same train of thought killed DCLXVI. I think that he was probably first to be killed because he was new and they weren't sure who to do in. This would probably point to two newer players, as a smarter, more seasoned veteran would've taken out someone of importance. Just my theory.

Don't you think I'm a bit smarter than that? If I would've taken someone out, it would have been someone that would influence the general thought (Zerxer...). It's pretty dumb to kill someone who hardly posts anyway. I'm no noob.

Same here. I don't know anything about DCLXVI, and from all that I've heard, sushikitty is a very likable person. Maybe we're taking this from the wrong angle... Like I said in my other post, I suspect that the killers aren't very experienced. That being said, maybe we can narrow the list down a bit.

ok then how do we narrow down the list? kill the most inexperienced people on the list? that wouldnt make any sense.
