Anime~
I echo Clove there - Manga > Anime. However, there are a couple of classics that I consistently revisit. Mushishi Moyashimon Even no Jikan Natsume Yuujinchou Haibane Renmei Consistent animation, beautiful music, wonderful voice acting, and serious brain food. xD And it's hard to imagine a large fanbase, since they are nowhere near mainstream. I gotta say Pretear or Cardcaptor Sakura, I watched them when I was growing up and still love them to bits. I'm not too keen on the pokemon anime, mainly because UK seem to be the last country to get it and have to keep repeating.

I hardly ever have the time to watch anime, but I do have my favorite few...
These are the best to me so far:~ -Kekkaishi -Keroro Gunso (this show is awesome, you just HAVE to watch it!) -Lucky Star -Nodame Cantabile (Also awesome!  )-Ouran High School Host Club -School Rumble I also watch Naruto and Bleach at times. They OK for me. Same goes with others like Saiunkoku Monogatari are good too. About Pokemon and Digimon... I like them, but I haven't watched them in ages. XD --------------------  |
