What's your favorite fossil Pokémon? |

So, what is/are youre favorite Fossil Pokémon? Mine would be a tie between Kabuto and Anorith, mainly because they went the arthropod route for them, and DIDN'T go with a giant dragonfly, though I was excited that they finally got TRUE dinosaur fossils (Aerodactyl doesn't count, it was based on a flying reptile, not a dinosaur) with the Cranidos and Shieldon lines in Gen. IV. So, name and discuss your favorites.

Kabuto, Omanyte, and Aerodactyl. I love the first generation, but Kabuto's my favorite of those. ^___^

Before Gen 3, I wasn't a big fan of the fossil Pokemon. I used them for dex completion, and that was all.
But I really like Lileep and Cradily.... I love their designs, the type combo is unique, and the ability Suction Cups is very, very nice for competitive battling. Plus, it's fun to say Lileep. Lileep. Lileeeeeep. -brick'd- Recently, I've fallen in love with Shieldon/Bastiodon. I'm usually not a fan of Pokemon with double-weaknesses, and my strategy is usually attack, attack, and attack... but I rented a Shieldon once in a Battle Factory match and absolutely loved it.... that thing was a beast.... I didn't even use the other two Pokemon in the entire 7 battles! Inspired, I took my Shieldon out of the PC box it was rotting in and started to actually train it a little.
