The point of this new thread is to just list common clauses you might want to use and to record the current uber tier list. This thread will be keeping up with the 5th generation of Pokémon. This is for general OU Wi-Fi battling, not including Dream World abilities.

Clauses:

[*]Sleep Clause: You may not put two of your opponent's Pokemon to sleep at the same time.
• Evasion Clause: No moves that increase evasion or decrease accuracy may be used. Such moves include Double Team, Sand-Attack, Minimize, etc.
• Species Clause: You may not have two of the same Pokemon on one team. Different forms still count as the same species.
• OHKO Clause: OHKO moves, such as Horn Drill or Sheer Cold, are not allowed.
• Uber Clause: No Pokémon on the ban list are allowed. Keep in mind that not all legendaries are banned and not all banned Pokémon have to be legendaries.
• Item Clause: You may not have two of the same item attached to any members of your team.
• Explosion Clause: The moves Selfdestruct, Explosion, Perish Song, Destiny Bond, or any other such move may not be used if both players only have 1 remaining Pokemon. If a player uses one of those moves under this condition, they automatically lose.

That should cover all the common clauses. Next, the ban list. This list is up-to-date as of 4 May 2011.

• Zekrom

*Dream World tier only

Banned Abilities:

• All unreleased Dream World abilities
• Moody
• Drizzle and Swift Swim are both valid, but you may only have one or the other, not both

Banned Items:

• Soul Dew
• Brightpowder
• Lax Incense
