It just came to our attention that there seems to be an issue with PayPal's payment notification system right now which is preventing payments from fully processing. Anything made in the past ~10 hours or so won't have processed yet - but once they get their system up and running again, it should automagically be processed and you'll be credited the proper amount. Sorry about any inconvenience, yup yup!

UPDATE: According to PayPal, the issue has been fixed, and they're just in the midst of processing the backlog and what not - they say they expect all of the transactions made during the outage to be processed within 24 hours of when they posted the update (which was a little over an hour ago), yup yup.
UPDATE #2: I can confirm that payments are now processing properly - anyone who purchased any credits over the past 12 hours or so should receive them (hopefully) soon when PayPal finishes processing everything from during that time period.
