So are we going to be able to store 30 pokemon in each PC box when gen 6 arrives? Or will we just get more boxes?

Probably give you more boxes; from what I recall the click-and-drag thing doesn't work so well if we don't sequester every Pokemon in its own pixel-space. Because they can't overlap, the max you can have in a box is 24. I was confused as could be when I looked and saw that my starter eggs were at 100 percent but had no cracks, but I am blaming that on it being 3:30 in the morning. Can't wait to see what they look like! The first image of the eggs are fantastic, btw. Can't wait to see what happens when the images update for cracked ones. *shush, I'm a cracked egg fanatic, I love how artsy they look*
