I'm saving them up so that I have enough for me to use one on every Pokemon that needs one, while keeping one for myself. I will sell any extras I get. It's the same with my evolutionary items. So far, the only item I've ever used besides the Journal and Pal Pad is a Dragon Scale.

It depends on if I have anything that I actually want to evolve - if so, I'll use it. Typically I don't purchase from the store, since I tend to find things on my own anyway.

If I get one in a "You found so-and-so on the ground" thingy(can't remember what it's supposed to be called xD), I'll keep it if I know I'mma use it, otherwise I'll sell it. If I buy one in the store, it's because "Oh my gosh I need a @$#@^#@ stone to evolve my pwetty pokemon!" and so I'm definitely using it.

I currently have a Leaf Stone that I'm saving for my Eevee so I can get all of it's evolutions (3 down, 4 to go). I found it along with a few others while surfing GPX.

When I find one, I sell it and if I have a Pokemon that needs to evolve with the stone I keep it and evolve my Pokemon.

I have found 8 oval stone... And used 1 to evolve Happiny but rest of them i sold. And I'll sell all oval stones if i found any again...

I almost never find stones, and when I do, it's always one that I need at that moment. I still have an oval stone which I'll probably sell soon.

My goals are to get some desireable pokemon in my party and then fill it with "mystery eggs" until I am at 5. Then once I hatched every pokemon, I will evolve them o3o

I constantly seem to be using stones XD

I hang on to what I find, unless it's a duplicate I don't need. I wasn't going to bother with Porygon, but I've found the Up-grade and Dubious Disc, so I might as well go for it. If I can keep finding the items, I'll use them, but I'm not going to buy any stones if I can help it.
