So today is Release+ day, but I can't release my recently hatched pokes from PC and looks like I can still release them one by one.
UPD: by "one by one" I mean that I can release them from their info page by choosing release option. PC itself doesn't allow to release them by clicking, saying "This Pokémon is not yet ready to be released!"

You can't release recently hatched pokes from PC unless it is 12 hours old. It changed three years ago.

Your quote doesn't seem at all relevant to your statement. Jeff is saying that eggs, unhatched Lab eggs, can't be released before time. This thread concerns Pokémon which have already been hatched.
