I think it's SO useful I mean like, if Raichu was not here there would be no cute strong mouse Pokemon that wins a lot of battles. Raichu is my favorite Pokemon so my answer is useful.

I use a Raichu in my main party, she' quite good when using thunderbolt. However she tends to miss when using her strongest moves, Thunder and Focus Blast.. Still.. I've nearly always had one in my party XD Its in both my Platinum and Red party, even though I had to wait till the Trophy Garden to get it in Platinum XD (I used Shinx-Luxio-Luxray till then...and kept using her for a while after too) --------------------  Uxie  Anitarig  Daisuke  Weasley  Sceptile  Rika  |

I think Raichu is very useful. I've used the same Raichu in most of my games, actually. c: Raichu is both strong and adorable, not to mention quick. Train it enough and it can take out most foes in one hit. A Raichu's speed and attacking stats are fairly better than average. Especially the move Volt Tackle. Fairly handy for in-game play, though, not so much in competitive wi-fi battles unless EV and IV trained correctly.

I think Raichu is cuter thank pikachu. Raichu is the winner and if pokemon were real I'd have several as pets and they would be mega spoiled.

Where as Pikachu is no use Scarf'd Raichu who doesn't concern itself with the benefits of Light Orb is free to Choice Scarf its 100 Base Speed.

As long as Pikachu knew some killer attacks before it was evolved, yes Raichu is awesome. Pichu is de cutest though.... hehe but Raichu is the booty whipper!

Wow it's sort of odd to see thats someone thinks it so doesn't deserve to be a Pokemon. Seriously, I LOVE it. No wonder I made this poll it's my favorite Pokemon.
