Just curious. Share the party you used when you first took on Platinum's revamped Elite Four + Champion.

I used Vaporeon, Gligar, Pachirisu, Magmar, Gallade, and Togekiss. I wanted to evolve Gligar and Magmar at the same time because I thought the Razor Fang was a trade-evolution item, but I couldn't find one anyway, so they stayed as they were.

Empoleon, Staraptor, Rotom (Fan), Leafeon, Rhydon, Gallade.

My Platinum team consists of 9 Pokemon, but I've been pondering over which to use my first run through the Elite 4. Me thinks I'll have these guys: Marowak, Torterra, Porygon2, Lapras, Gallade, and Rapidash.
Two Ground-types, but I have to take my Marowak in there, and it'd feel wrong not having my starter along, too. ^^; --------------------  "I'm really glad I came here, you know? My Platinum Elite Four team was Torterra, Luxray, Gyarados, Lickilicky, Bibarel, and Starly. I never had to shift past Torterra and Luxray.
I'm going to enter again with my Giratina, or maybe do what my brother did and win the Elite Four with only one pokemon. He won with his lv. 100 Blaziken. I want to try that with mt Giratina or Gyarados. -------------------- |

my diamond team (first time through) was: Raichu, torterra, steelix, infernape, azelf, and dialga. each anywhere from level 50-64. ive been through it twice with only my swampert so I could get it to level 100 (it worked  ) now i just use it for extreme training

Infernape, Dusknoir, Noctowl, Shaymin, Gastrodon, and Weavile. Dusknoir and Shaymin actually did most of the work, oddly enough, and I originally only brought them along to be shields. They gone done their momma proud. ♥

Empoleon, Infernape, Torterra, Luxray, Frosslass <3 and Giratina. However, I'm currently redoing it so that it's Mow Rotom, Breloom, Camerupt, Dialga, Wailord and Frosslass...but a different one, with EV traing and such.

Gardevoir, Torterra, Garchomp and Rapidash in some small parts were the main Pokemon that I used on my first time beating the Pokemon League. My other two were Bibarel and Golbat but they are HM slaves.

I haven't beaten it yet XD; I just got Platinum a week or so ago and still working on sixth gym badge. I got confused when I had to beat Hearthome's gym before the others.
