Where do you go to chill out? To escape from the trouble of life? To think about the meaning of life? To play your Pokémon games?


For me...my sanctuary is my bedroom. My bedroom is MY space (well, and my boyfriend's. The room is made better when he is here). My happy place is in my bed, where I can snuggle up under my king size duvet in my onesie, with a mug of hot chocolate, reading or playing a game to my heart's content

My quiet place is my room, since nobody but me is ever in here (and because I can get away from the dog).
But my happy place, the place I go to escape is literally GPXPlus (yep it's weird). None of my friends are on here, so I can get away from anyone here. And I can still interact with people if I want. It also passes time, so if I'm waiting for something, I just come here. I can turn off my phone and tablet and log off of Skype and just be alone for a while, without anyone finding me, but still be doing SOMETHING.
((this is also the reason i have told none of my friends about GPXPlus >u>))

My quiet place is definitely my room even though I'm sharing it with another person (university woo). Sometimes when I just feel like thinking about random stuff I tell my friends that I'm taking a 'nap'. My 'naps' are just me laying in my bed thinking about conversations I'd like to have with people, me being famous...etc.
It also feels like nothing can go wrong while I'm in my room and that's an awesome feeling.

my happy place? My bedroom and my boyfriend's house. Everything is just so calm there compared to here, it's lovely.

My bedroom, on the floor next to my bed. I actually sleep down there with my computer. XD It's like a cozy little bedroom fort. My dad bought me a beeby Christmas tree that I plug into the wall and decorate every year, and it sits happily behind my laptop and gives off a cozy light.

My other spot is my bathroom. (Don't laugh! ;_; ) It's ingenious because nobody will barge in on me or fight me over doing some task because they think I'm going. I'm normally just sitting on the carpeted side of the room with my DS when I really don't want to be bothered. I have legit fallen asleep in there sometimes when I've been sick, and nobody bothered me for anything. (When I'm sick and fall asleep in my bedroom, people forgivably pester me about if I want anything to make me feel better, or, unforgivably, pester me to make sure I do something for them once I am feeling better, as if there's a set time when I'll stop feeling ill. >:/ )

Home, specifically my furnished basement area or bedroom, with loads of warm blankets and a mug of hot tea. Can't be beat.

My idea of a happy place is anywhere that isn't home.
I used to walk down the highway and chill at McDonald's for the day, maybe buy myself a couple coffees.
Now I like to chill at my college library with my headphones in.

There is nothing more relaxing to me.
