I recently unlocked the ITS OVER 9000!! achievement and got an scouter........... what does it do?

It shows (about) what the level of your Poke' will be when you take it out of the Walker.
EG, 2000 Poke's visited, POWER LEVEL IS OVER 6 THOUSAND!!, The level will be either 6 or 7. |
