There was one in the Pokemon Ranger movie, and I laughed a little cuz I read it about the games on Serebii:

They were talking about getting rich off something, and then:

Jessie/James: Diamonds and Pearls!
Meowth: That sounds like a great name for a game!

If I remember correctly, this was before the games came out.

It was in episode about S.S Anne ship in first season. After ship going underwater, all people are on boats ('cept ash, misty, brock and team rocket, who still are in ship) floating in the sea, captain of the ship is there too, he's checking if everybody is evacuated:

Hahaa, I love that one because when I first saw this movie I didn't have a clue what she was on about, but I watched it the other day and couldn't help but laugh.

Sorry for bumping, but this is a good one:

From main series, Sinnoh Leauge Victors season, in the episode where Ash and Co. meet this trainer with two dittos who initially fool around with ash and co. by pretending to be their pokemon in the beggining of the episode. Dawn just got through lengthily discovering which was her real piplup:

Brock: "Now there's two pikachus...and it doesn't like to go in its pokeball, so what do we do?"

Ash: "No problem, I'm not like Dawn- Of course I can tell which one is my real buddy....let's see....ok, clearly it must be this one!" (the other pikachu is taken aback and promptly gives him a thunderbolt...wrong choice!)

Then Dawn makes some funny comment about that which I can't quite remember, but based on what ash just said you can imagine what it goes like...
