I'm just wondering......What is the most Rare Non-legendary pokemon you can on GPX?

If you check the stats page you'll see that the least owned Pokémon on site is Arceus.

Buuuuuuut regardless you can still see which is the most rarest on-site if you look at the pokémon counts page >_>

Well, Arceus is legendary. :P

I'd say that it would be one of the novelties... maybe Dracowymsy since she breeds restrictively (only with Ditto) and does not yet have an exploration. I'm talking about in terms of getting one and not as to how many are out there. Other novelties can be gotten rather easily with items, vouchers, and so forth (and the prize shop makes it much easier to get certain required evolution/form change items, such as the Blue Stone).

If you're not talking about novelties, then I suppose Unown or Ditto. Both have explorations and are not regularly found in the shelter like other species, though they can be occasionally found in the lab.

I had meant Non- Legendary. Arceus is a Legendary. Thank you for the reply though!
