Just found one while mass clicking through the lag: mkhare's Hippopotas Martin.

In Martin's world, things are classified into two categories - perfectly hygienic and ABSOLUTELY COVERED IN GEEEEEERMS.
Martin considers 98% of the things he encounters to be part of the second category so he lives in a self-built 12-story sandcastle surrounded by a moat filled with Windex.

It made me giggle Windex fixes everything.

EDIT: Another one, but this time it's just the name. Nesi's Azurill... named Dihydrogenoxide. For all of you non-chemistry geeks, that's a real fancy way of saying H2O or water. I love the cleverness.

Honestly, he chose his own name. I still call him Magikarp, though. Anyways, Magikarp is very vicous, and he claims to be the giant Groudon in the GPX logo. He tries to be tough, flapping around violently and biting at the other Pokemon. His dream is to evolve and take care of all the other little Magikarps. Magikarp has three known fears- Squirtles, Wartortles, and Blastoises. He has a very strange way of eating. The berry you feed him will be snatched from your hand and devoured.

I'm explaning life with Pokemon:

Lugia is sassy and doesn't like people very much, so if they start to behave stupidly Lugia flaps it's wings with power, which leads to hurricanes (if flapped above water) or tsunamis (if flapped under water) and therefor to destruction.

Because of the climate change the waters, in which Lugia likes to live due to it's seclusion, are getting warmer frequently, so Lugia revenges it's habitat loss lately through an aggregation of flapping, which leads to *your* habitat loss.

The storms lately are just Lugia's fault. It can't be anything else.
