UPDATE!
I was busier today than I thought.  There's still a possibility that we'll open tonight, but it's slim. More likely, we'll open tomorrow and possibly let people see the rules and stuff tonight (possibly, so don't go ahead with it before I talk to you again Phyrro  ) so you's can start your profiles. There are only a few rules that need to be straightened out and clarified, plus the big hard part I was talking about. So yeah. We'll do what we can to get it up today, but if not today, expect it mid-day tomorrow.

Alright, it's not totally done, but everything you need to know is ready. The only parts we did not finish are the ones that are not available to anyone yet.
