It's Christmastime, and, as we did two years ago, we'll again be having a Secret Santa exchange! The way it works is you can deposit any Pokemon into the Secret Santa, from their options dropdown. When depositing a Pokemon, it must be hatched (though it doesn't matter who hatched it or where it came from), and you must either have an empty slot in your party, or the Pokemon itself must be in your party. When you deposit it, you won't be able to retrieve it or change your entry, so make sure you're positive you want to enter that Pokemon when you do so!
When you enter a Pokemon, it will be reverted to an egg and then distributed at random to other users at the time of the exchange. Note that if you deposit a shiny, it'll remain shiny. You will receive a Pokemon of the same rarity as the one you deposit (though summonable legends and Manaphy will be separated from other very rares). The script will attempt to give you a Pokemon whose egg you have not yet obtained, however that won't necessarily be possible for every user. Users who are the most active (highest activity score) the day before the exchange takes place will be given their eggs first (meaning they'll have a higher chance of obtaining something they haven't obtained before). You'll be able to deposit your Pokemon immediately, though it wouldn't be a bad idea to wait till closer to the exchange if you can, since upon depositing your Pokemon, your party limit will be reduced by 1 until you get your egg from the exchange. The exchange will be done at/slightly after reset on the 24th (11:55 PM server time), meaning that you'll need to be active on the 24th if you wish raise your chances or getting a new Pokemon from the exchange! This day will also have a multiplier. Merry Christmas, everybody! On a side note, users who are extra generous may receive a special visit from Santa Cypress as well, yup yup.
