I'm trying to complete all the explorations for an achievement. Finding Your Muse isn't under inactive or any other exploration tab. When/where is it available?

Finding Your Muse is a Special Exploration.
QUOTE(Help Page) During each month, there will be one or more Special Explorations. These Explorations are unlike the Normal ones as you must complete it during that specific month and the reward for the completion of said Exploration will be a Special Reward. You are given the entire month to complete these.
You may need to complete an Exploration more than once to obtain all available rewards for said Exploration. However, there may be a lengthy wait time between attempts as the Special Explorations rotate in availability. --------------------  |
