Thoughts on the new pokemon?

Me? Well, I love them all. The only one that bothers me is the evo of the horned beetle- I think it looks like it should evolve from the clam. I like the Water horsey legendary, the dark/ dragon line, and the fossils a lot.

Oh, and did I say I love them all? Because I love them all.
Overall, some are a little complex and the dex doesn't have to many mundane colors, but dammit GF, I am thoroughly impressed. WELL DONE.

This is my favorite pokemon. The right types it looks good, will probabally have good moves. Wow 5th Gen so far would have to be my favorite now just ahead of 4th gen.

I'm surprised with the new pokemon. There are a lot that I actually really like. Of course, there are some that I'll just catch for the sake of catching and then let them become boxrot.. but the majority of them are nice.

Oh my jlksfjls. I thought that Shimama was the cutest thing out there right from the start. It's easily my favorite Black and White pokemon, and it was rounding my list of all time favorites. But now, after seeing his evolution.. I'm speechless. If I weren't so devoted to loving Haunter, Zeburaika would have instantly shot up to number one. I love it so much!

Megu was another favorite from the start. It was such a cute thing, and I'm really starting to love ground types. While I am only slightly - and I mean slightly, upset that the body color changed from brown to red (maroon? pink? w/e) upon entering it's final evolution, it still looks incredibly awesome. This thing could rip you to shreds and I want it. o=

Okay, I'll admit that these aren't the most creative things out there. Or, maybe they are. I mean, who would think to turn a candle into a pokemon - so adorably, by the way - have it evolve into some sort of a lantern, and then a chandelier? They're actually really cool. Props to you for being able to turn something so lolwut, into well.. this.

Aakeosu looks like a prehistoric parrot, it's an interesting one. I wonder if it'll be some sort of fossil pokemon?

Ok, got a lot to say about the new pokemon, so I'll go ahead and divide up what I'm going to say from beginning of the dex to end.

Firstly, the starters......disappointed that the grass one doesn't evolve into a Grass/Dragon, because it looks like it and would be an epic new typing (despite its 4x weakness to ice). ANOTHER Fire/Fighiting starter?! Why!! And the Water starter, though I would have been happier if it had a dual typing, I'm relieved to see its not part Ice or Rock (Why? Don't know, just don't like Water/Ice types for some reason...).

Secondly, the middle portion of the dex. Gigaisu looked like a promising addition to the Rock-types....until I saw it's horrible speed stat, which just makes it another Rhyperior with a worse ability. Bug and Grass types afterward aren't exactly battle-worthy additions to pokemon of their typing, so I was a bit disappointed there also. Zuruzukin looks somewhat of a promising wall with a new Dark/Fighting combination, but I'll have to wait until I see its movepool to judge. Desukan also looks like a potential OU or UU wall. Abagoora....I'll have to wait and see for that one also.

Aakeosu, wow, an epic looking new pokemon with high stats, hello potential future party member . Dasutodasu....wow that thing is ugly. Burunkeru doesn't exactly look cool or have good stats, but a Water/Ghost type! Finally! Denchura has another new typing that I like, but again, its stats don't look like much to brag about, but this is based on no information about its movepool. Nattorei, a UFO with vines coming out of it? Well, at least it has a new typing and good defenses (even though Fire can wreck it). Shanderaa. Hooray for the new Fire/Ghost type! Ononokusu looks cool and has good stats. Looks promising! Maggyo....? What is that thing?! Electric/Ground....interesting.... Goruggo, is it me or does this generation have a lot of new dual ghost type combinations?

Kirikizan! A Dark/Steel! Two epic types fused into one with decent stats! And a Dark/Dragon type?! The good news just keeps coming... Urugamosu is going to get wrecked by Stealth Rock, but it has high stats, so ehhh....Wow, a Fighting-type legendary trio. There's something you don't see everyday.... Torunerosu, Borutorosu, and Randorosu.....Hmmm....Well, moving on, the new dragon trio seems interesting, but Kyuremu could use a better ability than Pressure....

Ahhhh, so much to say about the new generation pokemon ....but in general, I'm satisfied with the new generation.
