My most annoying Pokémon to fight in the 4th gen wasn't Whitney's Miltank like I expected... but every single bloody Bronzor!
Bronzor just came in and used Confuse Ray or Hypnosis or both and it just became so irritating to fight them all because of their high defence and their ability either blocks a super effective move or cuts a super effective move in half with the only way I could check to was use a Ground move and waste PP half the time ¬¬ I hate Bronzor and its big bro Bronzong... Anyway what did you hate fighting this generation? -------------------- |

I agree, Bronzor was annoying.
To me Wobbuffet has been the most annoying. I mean, I thought it was banned from the battle frontier? Why do I keep seeing it? Also, Toxicroak is a personal enemy of mine. I was having a nice streak in the Battle Hall when I went up against one, and even though it has a lot of weaknesses, all of my Lucario's attacks except Ice Punch were weak against it. It destroyed me. -------------------- My GTS+ League Badges (the colored ones):

I know! For me, strangely, it's Starmie from PMD 2, as an ally in an escort mission. The * thing kept using Refresh and Recover and WHEN IT NEEDED those... No PP.

Chuck's Pokes, just because you were relying on yours to wake up (unlikely) before they used Focus Punch.

Umbreons. Double Team - Dark Pulse - Toxic - Protect or some combination like that, ALL THE TIME.
Dusclops, for similar reasons (except Dusclops has Pressure too). This post has been edited by FourTaledKitsune: Jun 11 2010, 03:15 PM -------------------- No longer active on this site or on GPX+.

I don't think that counts as "fighting", but yeah, a lot of Pokemon do that, like Slaking, which is even more annoying, since it can't move between each time it uses Slack Off. But for me, it's Bronzor, anything that's fast and has Confuse Ray, or anything that spams Protect/Detect/Double Team. -------------------- |

Whitney's Miltank is one of the most annoying pokemon in HG/SS. It just dosent die (and spams Milk Drink, even when it's at like 75% HP. :< )
Chuck's Primape got me the first couple times with Double Teamx2 and then Focus Punch. Urgh, that was a pain. Also, Bronzong. Just Bronzong in general. it's annoying, Unless you have a fire or fighting type. -------------------- |

Oh, and since it has Shadow Tag and you can't run away, it's pure luck if you go through it without a Pokemon fainting! -------------------- OH NO!!!!! I'M TYPING UP A SIGNATURE!!!!! Sh!t, now it's flippin' Togekiss. WHENEVER I get a Rock type, it spams Aura Sphere. And it frequently spams Double Team and flinches with Scope Lens + Serene Grace + Air Slash as well!!

I agree about all these Pokemon. Ugh I hate Bronzor and Bronzong. If you get chimchar, than he could own one. But once he evolves, unless he's faster and can one-hit it, he's dead. And the only other dang Fire Pokemon you can even get is Ponyta/Rapidash, besides Heatran, so they're practically impossible to defeat. Wobuffet. Oh Wobuffet. I trained one in Emerald to lv. 50 and he OWNED. I could hardly ever get it right, physical or special, counter or mirror coat. It was really hard. But when I did get it right, he was amazing. Togekiss. Togekiss is hard. Electric is the most you can do. Or flying. You can send out a rock-type and just hope he doesn't know Aura Sphere. I would just use Staraptor or Luxray or Rapidash or something.

Havent fight against Bronzor/Bronzong yet so dont know how I thing about them. But what I have read in here those seems to be hard ones... Also some Gyarados:s have been pain to me... Maybe I should get an Electric-type Pokemon This post has been edited by Mephistopheles: Jun 14 2010, 10:39 AM -------------------- (English isn't my first language and I also suffer from dyslexia. Got to be that Miltank.
I started HeartGold after finishing SoulSilver, my Quilava and Tropius were always being taken down by Stomp. Eventually I left, trained up again, and managed to beat her. It was infuriating the amount of times I was defeated, and only Quilava and Tropius had been trained, the others were Lv.1 still. (I sent over several eggs from Platinum.) Oh, and Dragon types. Namely Salamence and Dragonite. And Blue's team, on SoulSilver. Can't remember which one always took me down, but in the end I resorted to using my Arceus I sent over from Platinum. -------------------- |
