Global PokédeX Plus Forums _ Leaving/Returning _ A long-overdue announcement from me.

So there’s a very, very good chance that a lot of you indeed saw this coming due to my lack of productivity as well as my sudden drop in activity in the slack chat, but I’m here to finally say it myself.

It was around this time four whole years ago that wymsy first approached me to do the art for the Celebi exploration, which when you’re like me and anyone who’s a big name in anything you’re involved in approaches you about something like that, you’re absolutely thrilled with the whole idea. I never thought that I would have made it to a point like this, working for a site I cared so much about, but... here we are.
In my time since then, I’ve produced the art/writing for several explorations as well as a great deal of sprites (it’s still such an honor for you all to be using my sprites) and I feel as if I’ve accomplished a lot artistically in my time working here as a contributing artist.
But as some of you may know, I now have a job that takes a lot out of me, while juggling several personal/community projects as well as job hunting and, now, a wonderful boyfriend to be sharing my time with. And in the grand scheme of things, GPX just gradually fell into the background and, now, has faded out almost entirely.

And if I stick around while contributing nothing then I’m basically dead weight, so this has all caused me to come to a very difficult decision... and that decision is that I’m finally stepping down as a contributor.
This was so hard for me to say and I'm going to miss talking to you all and working with you all very dearly and you all mean so, so much to me. I might also still pop into the site from time to time as well. So... if you all want to remove me from any staff-related chats and areas then I wouldn't have a problem with it, but I would love to find some way to keep in touch with you all sometime in the future.
