I find it kinda hard to explain but i'll try my best.

So in my left hand toolbar at the "main" tab it shows a little number when you can hatch/evolve/change a pokémon in your party. Is there any way for me to change what it does and does not include.
I want to only see that little number when I can hatch something

To give a little background, I'm hatching a lot of pidgeys while i have a twinky in my inventory, so the number will always be equal to the amount of pidgeys in my party, wich makes it so i can't see if they are able to hatch.
Same problem for Bidofo since i have my corruption orb saved for something else.

Any help would be appreciated.

There's not a direct way to change what it includes, but if you lock any Pokemon or egg, it won't be counted toward the number.

It's not quite what you want, but if you play on Chrome or Safari you can use the GPX+ Notifier extension (assuming you aren't using it yet, sorry if it's already the case) and rely on its notifications to know when something is ready to hatch.
