If you have a 42 win streak, I wouldn't change anything, except maybe movesets. Feel free to critique me, I'm not that good when it comes to things like this, but I've read a decent bit on Smogon.
------- Infernape Grass Knot is great if you ever come across those intimidating rock/ground/water types and ones that don't resist it, but are heavy. I'd keep it. Fire Blast is a no. Low PP, but high attack power can be good, especially on a mixed attacker such as Infernape. I suggest replacing it with Flamethrower, even though you're sacrificing power for usage. Close Combat is great, as you can still hit hard with Infernape's physical attack + STAB, but be cautious when you lose your defenses. I'd suggest replacing it with Mach Punch or Thunderpunch. First strike, powerful STAB or paralysis? Your choice. Stone Edge is a must on Infernape, especially when encountering powerful flyers. If you have Thunderpunch instead, you might not need this. Garchomp Swords Dance is not needed unless you want to get through quick and clean. Dragon Dance is the way to go. Sacrifice one stage of power for speed, and there's really no difference. You can keep it if you want. Earthquake is perfect on it. STAB is always good, especially with base 100 attack. Fire Fang is good, but Flamethrower is a bit better. You still have a chance to burn, but you're getting a bit more attack power. Dragon Claw? Try Dragon Rush instead. Base 100 Attack power plus flinch chance as an added bonus. Dragonite Why have another dragon type? If anything, I'd save this for other Battle Facilities or E4/Gym Leader rematches. Anyway.... Outrage is perfect combined with Dragonite's physical prowess. Even better with a Lum Berry slapped onto it. Thunderpunch is great. Chance for paralysis is always nice, but not if you decided to slap this move on Infernape. Try giving Dragonite Brick Break as it hits any Ice and Rock types hard. Kill two birds with one stone. Fire Punch... No. Just no. Thunderwave or Dragon Dance. Aquatail... I honestly wanna say Aerial Ace for Dragonite's Flying Type STAB. ------- By the time you read this, you've probably already gotten more wins under your belt with the same things, but I just posted 'cause it might give you some new tactics.
