Isn't it impersonation if some Admin pms you, says your name of a banned member, claims you are them, tells you accept you are them, and you follow it? Like if I'm being called Max, and Max was the bad member or banned member on one forum and I accepted that and I'm really his friend and have photographs of each other, doesn't that count as impersonation? I don't impersonate and doing either one is rude. Should this be made illegal?

I'm...what exactly is the situation here? This is an extremely ambiguous explanation for what I'm guessing is a specific scenario. Are you saying if I suddenly got a PM from one of the Gmods telling me to change my profile name and avatar to that of a banned member? Well, I'd be more confused with why than I would with how illegal it is.

Well, if theoretically some person who you have:
1. Checked all lists and credits to see who the site admin and mods are. 2. Checked person in question's profile and credentials of being a mod or admin. 3. Checked the statistics of said person on Global PokedeX Plus. 4. Gone to another Mod/Admin and asked if said person is for real. And all of that points to something fishy about said person PMing you about it, it sounds like it's someone to report. --------------------  On the hunt for fossil pokemon~ |
